A 4 day cancellation notice is required, failure to do so will result in loss of payment. All birthday party packages can be upgraded. A credit/debit card must be presented at time of arrival for any upgrades, add ons or incidentals (additional guests, additional food, skate upgrades, party upgrade etc..) Skating is a sport that involves risk. Please be aware that all skaters skate at their own risk.

All parties are required to present a guest list at time of arrival. Nobody will be added to your party unless they are on your guest list. Guests are kids including family, friends and any other child attending the party.

Only cake or cupcakes are allowed with party booking. There will be a $75 charge for any other outside food. We do not allow any outside food (this includes but is not limited to fruit and veggie trays, pizza, chips) or drinks, except for the birthday cake to be brought inside our facility. We do not allow confetti inside our facility.
